Just in time for Bastille Day!
Sam, a thirty-something Parisian, drops by his ex-girlfriend’s during a party to pick some of his belongings. Tired of waiting for her, he falls asleep in a back bedroom.
The next morning he wakes up alone in a deserted and blood-stained apartment and realizes that during the night the rest of Paris has been turned into the blood-thirsty undead! He decides that the old apartment building he is in is the safest place to hold out for help and he begins putting together a means of survival, both physical and mental, with just a zombie trapped in the life for company.
“Part I Am Legend and part All is Lost, The Night Eats the World is an endearing, tragic, and above all entertaining watch.”  – David Fontana, Film Inquiry
