Columbia Play Project Presents The Wiggles and Giggles Series: Engaging and Educational Entertainment for the Young and the Young-at-Heart!

Next up on February 12th at 10:30am we present Hearts and Hands Drumming!

Fidgety hands will be super-engaged during a drumming party with Hearts and Hands Drumming.  Everyone will get to drum and make lots and lots of noise! Lest you think this is all fun and games, drumming is a great way to learn hand/eye coordination, identify rhythm and explore creative play.

On March 12th get ready to dance with Redyarn!

The Wiggles and Giggles will be happening as Redyarn brings his rockabilly and folk sound to Vancouver.  Through music about childhood play, backyard adventures and neighborhoods, Redyarn will get the crowd on their feet and smiling.  Too much fun!

And we conclude this series on April 9th with OperaQuestNW!

Performing their show, “Opera the Great”, actors will offer musical excerpts and plots from classic opera but this participatory show makes opera super-fun and engaging.  The script encourages kids to try out opera gestures and singing styles, join the chorus and even come on stage as characters.
